Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering from Jones SodaN. Fremont Bottle Works LLC packs every carton in Seattle, Washington and aims to get it on a truck without extra fees.
Processing
In-stock soda is usually picked and labeled within 1–3 business days. Collectible rocket bottles, birthday-cake packs, and other special releases may need up to four weeks before they ship — that timing is printed on the product page. You receive a tracking email once the carrier has the parcel.
Carriers
We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier on a given order depends on weight, destination, and what is available that day. We do not offer customer-selected Saturday delivery from this warehouse.
Transit times
- Contiguous United States: typically 3–7 business days after the ship scan
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international: not offered on jonessodastores.xin
Cost
Outbound shipping on orders placed through jonessodastores.xin is free. You will not see a shipping line added at checkout for a standard domestic address.
Tracking and delays
Use the tracking number in your shipment email first. If there is no movement for three business days after the ship scan, write [email protected] with the order number. Weather, peak season, and carrier disruptions can add time that we cannot control once the parcel is in the network.
Address errors
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If that address is incomplete and the carton comes back, we will contact you at the email on the order. Reshipping after a customer error may require a new label charge.
